Course privacy

FlyHdg360 stores your name, email address, account role, course license, trial dates, purchase and access records, lesson progress, quiz attempts, and notes to operate your course account. Supabase handles authentication and database storage. Vercel hosts the website. The configured email provider delivers account-confirmation and password-reset messages. Stripe handles checkout and payment information. The course website does not store your card number.

Your notes are private within the student interface. An instructor managing the license you redeem can see your name, email, lesson-read count, and passed-check count. The site administrator can manage accounts and licenses and has operational access to stored data. Do not enter medical details, financial information, or other sensitive information in lesson notes.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The course does not use advertising cookies or sell your study records. Technical request logs and temporary rate-limit records help operate and protect the service.

You can download your study records from Account & access. To request account deletion or a correction, email grayson@flyhdg360.com using your account email. Records are retained while your account is active unless you request deletion; service backups and operational logs may persist according to the providers’ retention schedules.

The course is an early-access study product. Study records are not pilot logbook endorsements or evidence of flight proficiency. Paid access is governed by the course terms. Purchase records may be retained for accounting, refunds and payment disputes after an account deletion request.
