Course access terms

Individual enrollment

A purchase provides one learner with 365 days of online access to the selected course or courses, starting when payment is completed. The bundle starts both courses together. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Your notes and study records remain in your account after access expires. Course updates released during the access period are included.

Free trial

Each verified account may activate one seven-day trial per course. The clock starts when you activate the trial, not when you create your account. No payment card is required and no payment is taken when the trial ends. Trial access includes the student course features; instructor tools are separately assigned.

What you are buying

These early-access courses contain written lessons, worked examples, original practice questions, references and progress tools. They do not include video lessons, live instruction, flight training, exam fees, an FAA knowledge-test endorsement, a practical-test endorsement, or a guarantee of passing an examination. The courses are not an FAA-approved Part 141 school. An authorized instructor must make any required training and endorsement determination separately.

Refunds and payment issues

Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing grayson@flyhdg360.com from the email used for your course account. Include your purchase date and selected course. A full refund ends the access provided by that purchase. A disputed payment may suspend that purchase’s access while the dispute is resolved. Unrelated valid classroom access and your study records are retained. Refund requests are handled by FlyHdg360; the website does not issue refunds automatically.

Use of materials

Individual enrollment is for your personal study. Do not share account credentials, resell access or redistribute the course. Classroom use and instructor access require a separate arrangement. Referenced FAA publications remain available from their official sources and are not exclusively owned by FlyHdg360.

Training and references

Examples are educational. Use current regulations, charts, NOTAMs, aircraft limitations and approved procedures for an actual operation. Inform FlyHdg360 of suspected errors so they can be reviewed. Reading or quiz completion is a study record and does not establish flight proficiency.
